Complimentary Alterations Policy
Because each garment is finished in our Doha atelier, we provide complimentary custom fitting adjustments to ensure your silhouette is immaculate:
- Length Hemming: Adjusted to your exact height with flat footwear or event heels.
- Sleeve Adjustments: Custom tapering, wrist fit, or length tailoring.
- Bust & Waist Contouring: Minor adjustments for standard prêt sizes.
To request alterations, simply mention your specifications during your WhatsApp concierge order or visit our Doha atelier for a private fitting.
Exchange & Returns Policy
We want you to treasure your Silkara piece. Our return policies are crafted to respect both artisan craftsmanship and client peace of mind:
- Standard Sized Prêt: Standard sized, unworn garments with original security tags and garment packaging may be exchanged within seven (7) days of delivery.
- Custom Tailored & Bespoke Orders: Pieces cut or altered to custom measurements are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be returned, but remain eligible for complimentary adjustment fine-tuning until you are completely satisfied.
Silk Garment Care Advice
Our pieces are cut from pure mulberry silks, fine organzas, and delicate hand-embellished fabrics. We recommend:
- Professional dry clean only by a specialist cleaner experienced in luxury embellishments.
- Never machine wash or tumble dry silk garments.
- Store inside our breathable garment bag away from direct sunlight.
