Free alterations
Adjustments to length, sleeve length and bust are free. Send your height and measurements on WhatsApp when you order, or book a fitting in Doha and we adjust it in our atelier before delivery.
Standard-size exchanges
Unworn pieces in standard sizes (S, M, L, XL) can be exchanged for another size or style within 7 days of delivery, provided tags are attached and the garment is in its original box.
Custom-size pieces
Garments made or altered to your specific measurements cannot be returned. If a custom piece does not fit the way you want, we adjust it for free until it fits.
