Sizes, Custom Sizing & Alterations at Silkara

Most Silkara pieces come in S, M, L, XL and a custom size, and adjustments to length, sleeve length and bust are free. To order, add pieces to your bag and send one WhatsApp message; you pay by payment link, bank transfer, or cash on delivery in Qatar.

What sizes does Silkara offer?

Most pieces come in S, M, L, XL and a custom size. A few list fewer sizes, and accessories such as nikah dupattas and books have no size. The size selector on each product page shows what is available. Photos may carry size charts as printed text; for sizes and measurements in words, ask us on WhatsApp.

How does custom sizing work?

Choose the custom size on the product page, then send your height and measurements on WhatsApp when you order. A custom-size piece cannot be returned, but if it does not fit the way you want, it is adjusted for free until it fits.

Which alterations are free?

Fittings in Doha are by appointment, and the piece is adjusted in the atelier before delivery. Book a fitting on WhatsApp.

What if I am between sizes?

Ask us on WhatsApp. Send your height and measurements and say which piece you like, and the team will help you choose between a standard size and a custom size. Remember the difference: standard sizes can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, while custom-size pieces cannot be returned.

Can I exchange or return a piece?

Unworn pieces in standard sizes (S, M, L, XL) can be exchanged for another size or style within 7 days of delivery, if the tags are attached and the garment is in its original box. Garments made or altered to your specific measurements cannot be returned. More on alterations and returns.

Where is the boutique and when is it open?

Silkara is at Building 70, Street 1306, Zone 56, Doha, Qatar. It is open Saturday to Thursday 10:00 to 22:00 and Friday 13:00 to 23:30. Fittings are by appointment, so message us on WhatsApp first. The contact page has the map.

How do I order, pay and receive my order?

  1. Choose your size

    Pick a size on the product page and add the piece to your bag. For pieces listed as price on request, ask on WhatsApp.

  2. Send the bag on WhatsApp

    The bag goes as one message to +974 7777 1649.

  3. Confirm and pay

    Silkara confirms the order on WhatsApp. Pay by payment link or bank transfer, or cash on delivery in Qatar.

  4. Receive it

    Qatar: 24 to 48 hours, free over QAR 500 and QAR 35 below that. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: 3 to 5 business days by courier with tracking and insurance, with the cost confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Every outfit is steamed, wrapped in tissue and packed in a protective garment box.
